Sexual harassment is any unwanted, repeated behaviour of a sexual nature. With around 40% of women and 18% of men experiencing it at work, more must be done to address the issue. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued in the workplace, and organisations should actively promote dignity and respect.
This Sexual Harassment Awareness course raises understanding of a serious issue in UK workplaces. It’s not just for reacting to incidents—it can be used proactively to educate all staff and help prevent harassment before it occurs.
